A unique feature of Shelter Growth is its affiliation with our direct lending finance company, SG Capital Partners, which allows us to originate and source loans and build attractive return profiles for each investment strategy.
The team has deep experience in leverage and financing strategies including issuance of commercial mortgage-backed securities, management of commercial real estate CLOs, and negotiating bank marginable and non-marginable financing facilities. Our investment structuring and credit expertise allows us to source and create assets in multiple forms while optimizing financing efficiency. Shelter Growth has issued three commercial real estate CLOs and thirteen residential mortgage securitizations.
